Dvon has more than 30 years of project/program management and strategic planning experience (including 20 years in the US Air Force), worked in banking as a Consumer Lending Officer for five years, and was responsible for eight counties and 35 municipalities in the Southwest Tennessee Development District as Economic Development Director for seven years. Her graduate degree is out of University of Memphis, with a focus in Strategic Leadership, and her work in the non-profit arena has resulted in millions of dollars in State and Federal funding.

Cynthia began serving as Program Coordinator with ECRR in late August, 2009. She grew up in West Virginia, and wanted to return to the region to work on environmental issues after going to college in Massachusetts. She graduated from Amherst College in May 2009 with majors in Environmental Studies and Sociology. As Program Coordinator at ECRR, her responsibilities include grant-writing, research, and event planning. Cynthia plans to attend law school after completing her year of service at ECRR.

Danny is an Americorp *VISTA starting a term of service in September 2009. As Outreach Coordinator at ECRR, his responsibilities include updating the website, creating and distributing Creek Clips, grant writing, and media outreach. He recently graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.S. in Biology and hopes to continue his education in Environmental/Public Health.
